Turning Point Capital

Building the next generation of Dutch SMEs.

We acquire founder-led Dutch small and medium-sized enterprises and integrate them into a professionally managed, AI-native platform — preserving what owners have built, while accelerating what comes next.

What we do

Three principles. One platform.

We invest where structural opportunity meets operational craft — building durable, technology-enabled small businesses that outlast their founders.

01 / Strategy

An AI-native acquisition platform

TPC acquires and integrates independent Dutch SMEs (enterprise value €0.5–2.0m) into a professionally managed, AI-native platform — gaining scale, modern systems, and shared operational leverage.

02 / Focus

Succession-driven, recurring revenue

We focus on succession-driven sellers with stable, recurring client bases and underexploited growth potential — businesses where the foundation is solid, but the upside is real.

03 / Purpose

Scalable, tech-enabled platforms

Our purpose is to turn founder-led practices into scalable, tech-enabled platforms that keep serving loyal customer bases at a higher standard — while providing owners with a clear and trusted exit.

What we look for

Not every business fits — and that's the point.

We're transparent about where we can add value. If your business matches the profile below, we'd like to start a conversation.

i
Founder-led Dutch SMEs A clear owner or founder thinking about a next step, with the wish to see the business in good hands.
ii
Recurring revenue, loyal customers Repeat clients, multi-year service relationships, contracts, or strong switching friction — not a promise of future growth.
iii
Sectors we understand Technical installation and maintenance, specialist B2B services, technical wholesale, facilities, and compliance/inspection.
iv
Size that fits us Enterprise value roughly €0.5–2.0 million. A team that's already standing — not running solely on the owner.
v
An owner who values continuity Someone for whom the future of the business, the team, and the customers matters as much as the transaction price.
vi
Room for tech-enabled growth A business that isn't broken — but that can benefit from better systems, AI-enabled processes, and modern digital tools.
What to expect

A process with respect. A conversation without pressure.

  • Confidentiality from the first contact

Nothing leaves our desk without your permission. No intermediaries, no leaks to the market, no third-party introductions.

  • A fair offer, clearly justified

Transparent valuation based on EBITDA, sector multiples, and your growth trajectory — not negotiation games or hidden assumptions.

  • A timeline you set

Stay as long as you wish. We don't impose exit dates. A good transition matters more than a fast signature.

  • Preservation of team, name, and culture

We bring capital, structure, and modern systems. We don't bring a new name, a new office, or managers from elsewhere.

A good acquisition is not just a good business. It is the combination of the right market, the right company, and the right owner — at the right moment.

About us

Operators first. Investors second.

Turning Point Capital is founded by operators with experience inside Dutch small and medium-sized businesses. We've run companies ourselves — hired teams, managed client contracts, made hard calls and lived with the consequences.

That makes us partners who speak the language of the founder — not financiers at a distance. We know that handing over a business is more than a spreadsheet. We also know that growing one takes more than a presentation.

We work from the Netherlands, with Dutch capital, for Dutch enterprises.
